Delivery
When will my order be delivered?
We aim to dispatch your order out to you as quickly as we can. If we have your complete order sat here on our shelves ready to go we will send it out to you the next working day.
We are a boutique brand and the majority of our garments are made to order so we kindly ask all customers to allow between 1 to 10 working days for delivery.
During seasonal periods where couriers become extremely busy please appreciate that the delivery times may extend which is outside of our control.
Will you tell me as soon as my order is dispatched?
Yes. As soon as your order has been dispatched we will let you know by sending an email to the email address you used at checkout.
How much does delivery cost?
We charge a flat rate of £4.95 and use DPD, Royal Mail and other UK couriers to send out our deliveries. We send our orders out on a signed for service to ensure that we get proof of delivery and know that your order has arrived safe and sound.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We can ship outside of the UK but don’t offer this service through the website. If you wish to place an order which is to be sent to an address outside of the UK please email us at happycustomer@unfilteredsociety.com
Returns & Exchanges
How long do I have to return an item?
We offer you 28 days to return an item. Please note that we can only offer a refund for items that are returned unworn and in great condition.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Please package your item securely and send it back to the following address with the original order receipt that we included in the package we sent out to you on delivery. Please complete the exchange and returns section on the order receipt so that we know whether it is an exchange or refund we can help you with:

When will I be refunded?
We will aim to refund you as soon as possible. Please allow up to three working days for a refund to be processed from the date we receive your returned item. The refund will be applied to the same card/account that you used to place your order. Whilst we aim to process the refund as quickly as possible please note that some banks and card issuer’s can take a little longer so please read their terms.
Will you cover the postage cost for a returned item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returning an item unless your item is faulty. We pride ourselves on making sure we do not ever send out faulty items but if this did happen we will, of course, refund the postage cost of returning this to us. Please email us before returning a faulty item so that we can help you to organise sending it back to us happycustomer@unfilteredsociety.com
Where can I find your Size Guide?
You will find a size guide under the listing of each individual product within the product details.
The Boxy Sweater is a loose fit. If you prefer a looser fit for The Classic Sweaters we recommend ordering one to two sizes above your usual size.
How do you make charity donations?
We donate £5 from every sweater purchased to our charity partners. You can only select one charity partner to donate to at checkout, that chosen charity will be the beneficiary of the total donations from your complete order. To clarify, if your order was one adult sweater and one children’s sweater we will donate £10 to your chosen charity partner.
We will make the donation from your purchase to your chosen charity once your returns period has expired. If you return an item we will be unable to make the donation from that specific item but will continue to donate from the rest of your order for all items that haven’t been returned.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order without giving any reason within 28 days from the day on which you received the goods purchased (or last good, lot or piece if it relates to goods or multiple lots or pieces delivered separately).
If you want to exercise your right of cancellation set out above you must inform us, here at Unfiltered Society.
